It looked cute when it arrived, but the package was a bit crushed. At this point I’m a little tired of dealing with little service/shipping issues, so I didn’t bother reaching out. It wasn’t ruined, just not as nice as I expected.

It looks fine at first, but after wearing it for a while it started to feel scratchy. It also had that kind of no-real-person-there feeling, like nobody actually tested how it feels to wear for more than a few minutes.

I like the service overall, but I do wish they accepted more payment apps. I’m sure other customers would appreciate having a few more ways to pay too.

I got a couple of bracelets and a pair of pants from Lotus and Luna because they looked super cute online, and I was excited when I ordered. Shipping was totally fine, no complaints there. But once I actually had the items, I was kind of disappointed. The pants fabric felt thinner than I expected, and after only wearing one of the bracelets a few times, it already started fraying. I wasn’t doing anything crazy with it, just normal wear. They’re still cute, I guess, and maybe I just had bad luck, but for the price I thought they’d feel a bit more durable. Not a terrible experience, but I don’t think I’d order again.

I’ve shopped here a couple of times and the fair trade focus seems genuine, at least from what I can tell. The prices are okay too—not super cheap, but not unreasonable either. Overall I’m mostly happy with it, though I guess I’d want to look a little more into some of the products before saying for sure

I don’t know, I just felt like the exchange took way longer than it should have. I kept checking for updates and waiting, and it kind of dragged on to the point where it got frustrating. The actual idea of exchanging the item was simple enough, but the timing made the whole thing feel more annoying than it needed to be.

I’ve ordered from Lotus and Luna a few times now and their rewards are easy to deal with, my points showed up after my purchases and when I went to use them on my next order it just worked without me having to dig around or figure out some weird steps.
I like that it’s not one of those confusing loyalty programs where you forget it exists or can’t figure out how to redeem anything, it’s just a nice little bonus if you already shop there and it definitely made me want to come back again.

I couldn’t find enough clear info, which felt a little off for a brand that talks about being ethical. Maybe I missed it, but it left me feeling unsure. I’d probably hesitate before ordering again.

I ordered a pair of pants and a top from Lotus and Luna, and overall I’m happy with what I got. To be fair, the pants fit really nicely in the waist, they were just a little longer than I expected. It wasn’t a big issue though, I just folded them a bit and they still looked cute. The top fit true to size for me. I’d definitely recommend checking the size chart before ordering, but I think the quality and fit were good overall.

I like the style of their clothes, and I’ve found a bunch of cute pieces on the site. But almost every time I go to order something, the size or color I want is already sold out. After a while it gets really frustrating because it feels like you can’t count on anything actually being available. Restocks seem to take forever too, so I’ve kind of lost trust in checking back. Maybe I’ll try again later, but right now it’s just annoying
